So. I don’t think Rupert gets enough credit for being the best Ron Weasley this fandom could ever hope for. He’s so naturally good at being Ron that sometimes it seems like he is Ron, and Ron is Rupert. He’s described by his friends, crew, and even Our Queen Rowling as the best Ron they could find.

Hats off to you Rupe, for bringing to life one of the funniest characters ever written and for being so humble about it and staying true to yourself the entire way through. It’s been a joy to see you grow up while I was growing up, to find out your likes from the stalkers online, and figure out that if I were to marry one person on the cast of Harry Potter it would be you.

You are one of the only people I think I could get along with brilliantly out of all the actors I know anything about. According to what I’ve read you are musical, you love art, you love bands that I’m into, you have those one-liners that make people laugh until their sides split kind of like I do, you aren’t overly confident, you are a huge Harry Potter fan (and would be even if you didn’t get the role), my dad would love to golf with you, you lose your cell phone and I’m good at finding things, you love animals, you aren’t uptight about things and you’d keep me laughing for days on end. You’re that guy that can be a movie star and not let it go to your head, that comes home at the end of the day and is exactly the same as when you left.

Laid back, lover of music, caricature artist, and funny man through and through. I can only hope to one day encounter you so I can give you a hug and tell you all of this, but for now… this Tumblr post will have to do.
